Return Policy

Goods that have been cut off the roll ie. "a bespoke" order are not refundable.
Goods that were full rolls can be refunded but you will need to contact our Support Team on 02476 687776 to discuss and arrange.
If goods are returned to us in a non saleable condition or they have been damaged we are unable to offer you a refund.
We recommend you order a sample if you are unsure about a fabric or fabric product.
We are unable to offer a refund on goods that have been cut or used under any circumstances
We are unable to return any products that are FLAME RETARDANT due to their safety aspect.
